After her fifth class she started to notice changes both physically & mentally. She was becoming more patient & peaceful, not just in the outside world but with herself. She was even learning to appreciate herself in a way she never knew possible. She bought a membership & was hooked! And the benefits just kept popping up!
After about a year she decided to muster up the courage & go to training to help spread the word... It took some time to pack up her life but she finally went to Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 & has not looked back since!
Belinda has taught in Serbia, Scotland, England, Germany, Turkey, Luxembourg... it has changed her life & continues to bring her joy & fulfilment on a daily basis. It's not easy. She still has moments. She still has a posture that really challenges her. Every day is different yet it has consistency. Belinda loves chatting about the yoga and not just in the studio but all over town!
Bikram Yoga classes are 90 minutes. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class time for check-in.
