Bikram Yoga compliments my triathlon training and has helped improve my racing performance and recovery. My breathing has improved exponentially in swimming and running. A stronger core and improved balance has helped my cycling & running. I've learned how to stay more focused and calm before and during events and find that my recovery between training sessions is faster because my muscles aren't so tight.
